This product combines a latex condom and a spermicidal lubricant. The spermicide Nonoxynol-9 reduces the number of active sperm, thereby decreasing the risk of pregnancy if erection is lost before withdrawal and some semen spills outside the condom. However, the extent of decreased risk has not been established. This condom should not be used as a substitute for the combined use of a vaginal spermicide and a condom.

Trojan Brand Latex Condoms, when used properly, are highly effective against pregnancy - although no contraceptive can guarantee 100% effectiveness. Any use of Trojan Brand Latex Condoms for other than vaginal intercourse can increase the potential of damage to the condom. This is a very good product from a reputable company. The spermicidal condoms give you extra protection. They seem to fit well and stay in place. We had no trouble with breakage or slippage. They’re thinner than some, so you cannot feel them during intercourse. I’d recommend this brand and particular type of condom.

These are great for the price. It has spermicidal and lubricant. You can save a little more money if you subscribe and save. One time I received a box of condoms that was open and was missing a few. UPS? I emailed amazon and they took care of the problem and shipped a new batch asap. Yes! I tossed the other ones in the garbage. Excellent customer service by amazon.
